This foundation module focuses on the core elements of developing a thriving and effective high-performance team capable of achieving big bold goals. The teaching, exercises, and takeaways will leave each delegate with both the knowledge and the tools to be able to shape the foundations of their team whether they are a team leader, aspiring leader, or a team member.   

These tools and ideas apply whether you are developing an existing team, a new team coming together, or you are turning a team around to become a better performing team by putting people first.

IN THIS SESSION PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN HOW TO:

  • Create a unifying vision that everyone in your team is excited about and a plan to execute your vision
  • Create your personal plan for developing a culture of trust within your team
  • Recognise that we all have two teams – define the characteristics of your high performing home team and how the learning can be applied in the workplace
