The purpose of the meeting is to give like-minded people an opportunity
to network with other HR Professionals and share thoughts and ideas.
The format of the session is as follows:

• Short welcome
• Everyone gets to introduce themselves and contribute one challenge they are facing currently and one success that has happened in the last year. Invariably similar challenges appear and so the discussion then goes in the direction of how people are dealing with their challenges and ideas are shared.
• Finally, we ask people what they see as good practice emerging in this space.

This is a personal invitation and is available only to our Members and select
people within our network. This is not a sales event and no Consultants
will be invited to attend.
