Event Description

Following this 5 Flames of Motivation masterclass, you have a better understanding of your own intrinsic motivations, insight into where they came from, how they drive your unconscious behaviour and tools to develop in new areas. You will also gain a new level of understanding about the neuroscience of motivation and how you can use that knowledge to help yourself and others overcome challenges and deliver peak performance.

The tools explored in this workshop will help you to:

  • Understand the neuroscience of motivation
  • Identify your own unique motivational blueprint
  • Identify the motivation styles of others
  • Tap into those motivations to produce peak performance
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the scenarios and interactions that will both motivate and (unwittingly) demotivate people
  • Gain new insights into how people with different motivations can work more effectively together.

Who is this session aimed at?

  • Individual contributors
  • Supervisors
  • Managers
  • Senior Managers

What are the attendees expected to learn? Participants in this session will learn:

  • To gain insight into your most powerful subconscious motivating forces
  • To reveal how those forces influence your personal leadership style
  • To appreciate how those motivations may appear to others and affect their behaviour
  • To learn how people with different motivation types react under stress
  • To reveal the skills associated with each motivation type
  • To understand why what motivates one person will de-motivate another
  • To explore the art of challenge, support and reflection with perfect timing
  • To better understand the psychology of powerful moments and how they impact us
  • To identify what ‘moments’ may need attention in our organisations
  • To come up with creative ways to use ‘moments’ to improve experiences for teams or customers
