ex2 Academy Post-Pandemic Research

Many have argued that COVID turned out to be the ‘great accelerator’ pushing us to a new future of work.
We have been researching what has changed and how managers and leaders need to adjust to thrive in this new environment.

ex2 Academy is proud to host a discussion on the topic with a select group of HR professionals.   The discussion will be 90 minutes in length, highly interactive and will touch on the key question….how has leadership changed?
Below are some questions to stimulate your thinking in advance of the discussion:

  • Are leaders ready to shift from decades of measuring outputs to now managing outcomes?
  • Is it possible for the workplace to change, but leadership style to remain the same?
  • Should the word ‘business planning’ be replaced with the word ‘scenario planning”?
  • Will leaders from the pre-pandemic workplace, be the right leaders to drive the business in a post-pandemic world?
