In this session Celynn will discuss the key pillars of wellbeing: Mind, Heart, Body and Spirit. She will talk about the importance of being mindful when creating these habits and will employ useful, practical tips and tools like using her Wellculator, eating like an artist.

Celynn has co-authored two books and has developed various well-being programmes such as Performance Chemistry, Wellculator, Fit to Lead and Santé.
