About

These are unique times that offer equal parts risk and opportunity. Many of us have changed our daily routines as a result of COVID and formed new habits. In this session Celynn will discuss the key pillars of wellbeing: Mind, Heart, Body and Spirit. She will talk about the importance of being mindful when creating these habits and will employ useful, practical tips and tools like using her Wellculator, eating like an artist.

This session is designed for anyone who wants to be conscious about their physical and mental health. This is not confined to a level in the organization but rather to a willingness to improve this part of ones life.

In this session, participants will learn:

  • the importance of and tips to ensure you get the rest you need
  • the importance of creating healthy eating habits
  • how to mobilize energy on demand
  • how to be purposeful in your interactions with others

Faculty

Celynn Morin

Celynn has been delivering workplace well-being programmes for over two decades. She is a registered dietitian and award-winning, international speaker. Celynn has co-authored two books and has developed various well-being programmes such as Performance Chemistry, Wellculator, Fit to Lead and Santé.

Her ‘raison d’etre’ is to enrich the quality of people’s lives by inspiring them to take better care of their well-being in a way that is celebratory and enjoyable.

Celynn’s message is deeply relatable, actionable, and proven. Whether you’re trying to engage and help a thousand sales consultants or a dozen executives, Celynn will not only inspire your audience to change, but she will also teach them how to create lasting lifestyle habits and back up her message with science.
