Rapid Adaptation: Leading at the New Speed of Change

If 2020 has taught us anything, it is that rapid adaptation to change is no longer a luxury. It has become a necessity. Change initiatives solve real problems and make your organization more competitive. They also create a great deal of disruption and distress that, if not properly managed, can cause the initiative or even the company to fail. With the rapid acceleration of change at all levels, successful companies will ensure they have talented leaders who are able to help their teams become more resilient, open and adaptable to change.
