Dawn holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph, a diploma in Adult Training and Development from the University of Toronto/OISE, and a diploma in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute. Dawn is one of only a few Canadians registered as a certified Myers-Briggs’ Master Practitioner. Other certifications Dawn holds include Leading Organizational Transition and Balanced Scorecard.
Formerly a Strategic Partner with Franklin Covey Canada, in 2006 Dawn was one of ten facilitators selected from around the world to launch Franklin Covey’s leadership program with Dr. Stephen Covey, author of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Dawn has experience in various industries, including Financial Services, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Sales, Education, and Non-Profit Associations.
