About

Tuesday 23rd November, 2021

The Pandemic has been viewed as the ‘great accelerator’ to a working future we were headed to anyway.  We have arrived at this future quicker than we would have otherwise.  As a result, many are ill-prepared to manage and lead in this new environment.

Steve Marriott has been researching the type of Leadership needed in the post pandemic world. He will share what he has discovered and encourage discussion on what could work in this new age.

Faculty

Steve Marriott

Steve creates working environments, support frameworks and relationships that motivate your people to not only ‘turn up’, but show up; workplaces that inspire your people to deliver more of their true potential, work at their natural best and experience greater fulfilment every day.

Steve believes we are infinitely resourceful, highly motivated and naturally wired for collaboration and contribution, and with just a small adjustment in focus, mindset and approach, we can create and build businesses that are not only profitable and sustainable, but also deeply fulfilling and inspiring for our people.

Everything Steve does is Mind-Aligned. By placing people at the heart of everything, he applies the very latest in neuroscience, behavioural economics and wellbeing to create workplaces that operate in harmony with our values, our motivations and the way our brains work best; to make delivering more of our potential easier, more enjoyable and more rewarding.
