Glen began his career in financial services and has had extensive experience in both sales and managerial roles at a senior level. During his thirty years in business, he has also been a project manager, led organisational restructures, and been engaged as an internal consultant.

Glen’s mission is to help businesses and individuals to achieve their full potential. He focuses on leadership, and facilitating organisations around strategy formulation, strategy execution, and the requisite enabling processes such as team-working and decision-making. He is also valued for his ability to help organisations understand, implement and use the Balanced Scorecard to track and support their strategy execution efforts.
