Depuis plus de vingt ans, Beverly utilise son principe SOS™ avec des personnes et des organisations qui souhaitent contrôler leurs réactions au stress, renforcer leur résilience face aux défis de la vie et mener une vie saine et réussie.

Elle a lancé sa société, R 'n B Consulting en 1995, et depuis lors, a aidé des équipes d'un large éventail d'industries, y compris les soins de santé, l'éducation, le gouvernement, la finance et les organisations à but non lucratif, à passer du stress à la résilience, leur permettant d'être plus engagés, productifs et en bonne santé.

Les antécédents de Beverly en psychologie, sociologie, gestion et éducation des adultes se combinent pour créer ses présentations Work Smart Live Smart, solidement fondées sur la recherche, instructives et inspirantes. Le public découvre les bonnes stratégies pour améliorer sa santé, gérer ses défis et améliorer sa satisfaction dans la vie.

Beverly est une porte-parole médiatique recherchée et a représenté des marques de premier plan telles qu'Expedia.ca, TD Assurance et P&G. Elle a fait plus de 500 apparitions à la télévision et à la radio dans des émissions telles que City TV et CBC, et dans des publications nationales du Toronto Star à Chatelaine.
