Forcing accountability from the bottom up in an organization builds a distrustful environment. So how should leaders ensure a team is collectively and individually responsible and accountable for their actions? This half-day course will help you to make responsibility and self-leadership easier and more rewarding. This session is suitable for team leaders, senior managers, and executives passionate about nurturing leadership within their teams, encouraging them to take ownership of their roles, and guiding them to excel together in achieving lofty goals. In this session, participants will acquire insights into:

  • The multifaceted aspects that shape a culture of accountability.

  • Recognizing the traditional challenges where employees might shirk responsibility and strategies to avoid these obstacles.

  • The link between accountability, ownership, and psychological safety fosters high performance. 

  • Ways to concentrate on three spheres - self, individual team members, and the team– to lay the foundation for efficient self-leadership and accountability.

  • To use humble enquiry to lead individuals effectively.

  • How a coaching and mentoring approach can support a culture of self-leadership and accountability.

Talita Ferreira

Talita Ferreira est une leader d'opinion et une créatrice de changement, passionnée par la vie dans une véritable authenticité, la collaboration axée sur les objectifs et l'exploitation de la diversité de la pensée. En tant que jeune enfant, elle a vécu deux événements traumatisants, qui ont influencé sa vie lorsque son père et son frère sont décédés dans des incidents sans rapport. Elle a d'excellents antécédents en matière de leadership inspirant pour diriger les affaires grâce au capital humain et au back-office d'une organisation, pour introduire des changements stratégiques, développer les talents et les valeurs organisationnelles et établir des structures appropriées de gestion des risques et de conformité. Elle a été nominée pour les prix du chef d'entreprise de l'année 2016 et a été finaliste des prix Rising Star 2018, pour la Chambre de commerce sud-africaine au Royaume-Uni.
